Our Policies

Appointments are not always necessary but mostly a really, really good idea.

Arrivals  10-20 minutes early is recommended for every single session. It is encouraged to come early and spend some time in our lounge, have some tea or water and start to unwind. Late arrivals or at exact time of service mean a shortened session +/or rescheduling with full charge for appointment.

Cancellations   If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to us and our other patients, please advise us 24-hours in advance notice. You are responsible to pay for the entire scheduled session, even if you are late or a “no show”.

Payment   We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. We are a small business and using cash or checks help save us about 5%. Cash is always welcome. We appreciate your support of this small local business. You are responsible to pay for the entire scheduled session, even if you are late or a “no show”.

Gift certificates/cards   Gift certificates are non-refundable. If you make an appointment using a gift certificate and fail to show up or call to reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, the certificate is no longer valid. There will be no exceptions. If it has expired, we reserve the right to deduct $5 for every month past expiry until the amount has been spent. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates. Must present this at the time of service.

Series Purchases   Series purchases are non-refundable. If you happen to miss a regularly scheduled session within your series, it does not get added on to the end, it is lost. If you cannot make your appointment please give us 24hrs notice.

Reservations   A credit card deposit may be required to secure your appointment upon discretion of management. Any party of two or more, a credit card is required to hold the treatment +/or service requested.

Respect   Zero tolerance policy. We reserve the right to refuse anyone, for any service, at any time, due to failure to adhere to our policies, professional ethical boundaries or inappropriate behavior. We will always treat you with respect and expect the same in return.

Our establishment only provides professional therapeutic massage treatments by qualified licensed therapists.
